COVID-19 Updates
We understand that these past years have brought a lot of uncertainty and that your plans for your birth team may have been impacted by this pandemic. Hospitals have rapidly implemented visitor policies to help reduce the spread of the virus. We, without a doubt, know that these decisions were not made lightly, and they are making everything they can to ensure that your loved ones are able to be present for the birth of your little one.
We respect your needs and what you’re comfortable with…
Our measures, regardless of our Doulas’ vaccination status, include:
Self-monitoring of symptoms
Use of masks (required as we are deemed “medical”)
Use of hand sanitizer/frequent hand-washing.
Virtual and/or in-person support for prenatal, labor, and postpartum visits.
